Budget friendly lunches
Egg salad
6 hard boiled eggs(only use 2 yokes)
1/2 c greek yogurt
3 stalks of celery diced
2T yellow mustard
Pepper to taste
- mix together and enjoy. This is great on whole wheat wrap or in a lettuce wrap
